Problem - Technology Disadvantaged

I have closed everything that I can think if to close but I'm stuck. Today's patch was my first since joining here. What am I leaving out?

You just need to close MQ and EQ before running the Launcher

Might need to reboot, sometimes EQ hangs onto processes. This oculd also be your AV/Firewall holding files hostage, I would recommend white listing EQ and MQ from AV/Firewall.

Sometimes macroquest stays open in the Task manager. You can go into task manager and end the process or restart the computer like previously mentioned.
