I haven't been able to get this to work. I do currently have my UI in windowed mode on the EQ side.
This is how I have it now just like I thought it was in the video tutorial.

Not sure on your problem, but just wanted you to know someone saw it - hopefully we can get some folks to chime in here with ideas.

my first thought is that the macroquest.ini that you're editing for some reason, is not the macroquest.ini that your mq2 is using (wrong directory or multiple installs)

now - that looks like it is using the apostrophe instead instead of the backtick (on the ~ tidle button)

did you want it to be the backtick?

When changing this setting you may need to restart both EQ and MQ2 to get it to work. Sic's ideas are good too, try setting it as backtick, and make sure you're editing the correct macroquest.ini by right-clicking the MQ2 icon and selecting "ini file"

actually, the only time it ever works for me is when I use backtick. CycleNextWindow=` No other character setting seems to work.

Is it working for anyone? If not, I'll open an issue

I changed to Backtick and still doesn't work. The Hot keys I set under profiles on the autologin window to bring that account to the front works.

I changed it to ` on both.

They can't both be the same character. The best way to do this is to completely shut down MQ2 before editing the ini file. That means exiting from the tray icon.

I turn them off and if you use IsBoxer, they don't play nice.

CycleNextWindow works with backtick (`) but isn't able to be assigned to other keys. CyclePrevWindow doesn't seem to work with any key.
