Tip - Team comp/ftp curious

As I learn MQ2 and all the fun it brings I’m Curious about thoughts on group comp and ftp. I run an SK, Bard, Cleric, and 3 Zerkers. I manage the SK manually, All accounts are ftp. As I near the point to start earning AAs should I start paying on one of the accounts to get the auto grant AAs? I could only afford 1. Is it worth it to pay on only 1 account? If so, is it best to pay for the tank to gear and such? Just Curious about experiences And thoughts from those who blazed the path.

you would need to keep the tank subbed if he got any prestige gear and augs. fwiw. (replace tank with any class you want)

@Branson24 What I have done is each character a Krono, and get them to Max AA.
Once I have a full group then I rotate in some of the next group into the first group to get them to MaxAA.
I have 3 groups going now, the SK is less stable than the warrior (Both are FTP).

Another option to help out farming that I have considered is to have an outside the group healer/rezzer sit to the side, and help out, or camp them and rez after a wipe.

Also my DPS sucks because I do not have augments, or they do not count.

With this, I feel like I can keep my tank's membership with Krono from selling the ultra rare drops / tradeskill stuff.

I havent researched Krono so I’m not sure how it works. I don’t have any older characters or other accounts outside my 6box group. I’m also not sure what you mean by rotating Them through?

@Branson24 For Krono, it is a way of getting a paid membership, but you give plat / ultra rares or something else, to a player in game, and they give you this item.
Then you "Consume it" and you get the 1 month membership as if you paid the money.

On my server cazic thule, they go for about 2.1 Million plat. Also the Shop on this website sells them for 300 Redcent, if you want to contribute to the site. For this option you have to wait until they are available.

When I was talking about rotating in characters, say you had a full 6 box group, and you wanted a second 6 box group.
Then you could replace one of the DPS with another DPS from the second group, get them to max AA, and then do it again for the next guy, in the 2nd group. That is really only relevant if you want a second group. I was mentioning that as an option because with 2 groups farming, it is easier to get the money to Krono the first group.

thanks for explaining that further. At this time I think I’m maxed at 6. My dual core processor manages but 6 more would be too much. If I ever upgrade that might be an option. Pretty cool process there.
