No free ones that I've seen for TDS. I think Dead Hills was the last free one I ran into.
William12 makes some private paid macros that are "farm exp, drop task, re-enter for more exp" type ones. Various instances TDS, TBM and EoK. I know he was working on GMM too, but I'm not a subscriber to his macros. You'd need to contact him for current pricing. Last I heard they were a one-time fee that varied by the content level you were buying and handled by william12 directly, not a resource sub on RedGuides like mq2berserker or such.

Williams macros are very good for what they do, but they will not do progression for you. Only 1 TDS HA has a macro for it. All of the other HAs and static zone quests you will have to complete yourself using KA or w/e combat macro/plugin you prefer.
