Request - Tashing mezzed mobs, after mezz/debuffs on current target are done.

Hello.

Could you add tash on mezzed mobs, after a.) mobs in camp are mezzed and b.) nothing else on dps section to do (probably most of the time tash/slow current mob).

Maybe add an "Tash=" to the mezzsection, that way an chanter could put an tash there, and bards could just have TASH=NULL.
