So i started using MQ2 very vanilla from you and it works great for the moment.

I am tweaking my interface and i would like to know which file ( i searched but didn't find it ) i need to edit to edit the item like PH boutton or the see/ dont see marker that appeared to reduce it a bit.
( I am using Vert interface )

You can use /echo ${MacroQuest.LastMouseOver} to help identify window names/element names

That is part of the TargetWindow... so the xml is 'EQUI_TargetWindow.xml'

this is part of the mq2targetinfo plugin, you can edit the placement of those things in the mq2targetinfo.ini but not the ph button yet till @eqmule fixes that.
