Question - ${Target.Feared.id}

so im messing around with a necro and i was wondering is that condition something that would work, or is there a way i could get that to work? and lastly what would be the work around if not? what i am trying to achieve is something like this (i want to fear kite mobs) i want to run a cond like
---- >>> Cond3=${Cond[1]} && ${Cond[2]}
---> Cond1=${Target.Snared.id}
--> Cond2=${Target.Feared.id}

DPS1=Engulfing Darkness|99|Cond1
DPS2=Fear|98|Cond3
