Problem - Tank spamming DPS

For some reason my SK is spamming his DPS DoT's over and over, even when the dot still has plenty of time to tick. Is there a way to stop this? It's been going on for some time now and it's finally getting to be really annoying when he sits while there's a mob in camp (because he needs to med). He's spamming DoTs and when they are on CD he's spamming the poison nuke. I have most of these in the DPS Section with |ONCE on the end of them but even that hasn't stopped him. Any ideas? I can't access the INI atm or I would post it. Just to clarify -- He isn't the main tank. He's not geared very well so my mage pet is standing in for now. I don't want him to tank yet.

Here is the INI now that I have access to it. I guess I should have titled this subject SK spamming dps. I've tried dps 1 and dps 2 but neither fixes this. I haven't messed with conditions (haven't needed to) but i'm starting to think i'm going to have to figure that out now as well to fix this. Also, mage summons (pet toys) have completely be lost to me. But that's another thread...
