Question - Subscription ended, auto-renew did not work...

Hi there. I changed my credit card on paypal to my new credit card as my old card expired, however when you guys tried to auto-renew my subscription it did not go through and now my sub is canceled. Now to purchase a new subscription it's $20 more than I would have been charged if the auto renew worked. Is there any way to get that resolved so it would be $59.95 instead of $79.95 for the year? If someone could get back to me on this I'd greatly appreciate it.
