Question - stuck while traveling

When using ctrl f to head to a zone, I sometimes get stuck on an object in the environment. It wont let me turn or strafe to get unstuck. how do I turn travel off?

you can /nav stop to stop or /nav pause to pause navigation

i also turn on break behavior in my mq2nav settings --- which allows when i press WASD to move, it will "stop navigation"

/nav ui to load the navigation tools inteface, then settings tab

I use to have a huge problem with that until i learned how to adjust the nav mesh. I believe if you go to the plugin's page you can find videos on how to do it.
