Problem - Strange XP issue

I've been doing some XP grinding in Great Divide this morning and noticed an odd issue. During a lesson burn, everyone on my team is making 3aa per kill except for my friend's high elf enchanter. She is only getting like 50% aa per kill. Made sure the AA bar setting is 100% and nothing I can tell should be hindering that. Has anyone else experienced this kind of issue?
