Hi all, so I'm trying to use KissAssist to level from level 1. I'm 4boxing a shammy/SK/Bard/Wizard, and don't have access to my old accounts. I have gold on the SK, but not any of the others. This forum doesn't seem to have much information about starting from level 1 other than powerleveling with characters that are level 80+. Any tips about how I should set up my ini files, places to train, etc?

At level 1, you won't have many abilities to use and can probably just leave the ini file mostly unchanged, and just turn melee on for everyone. As you gain levels, you'll get spells and abilities that you can add as you go.
As far as where to level, you can just follow the normal Crescent Reach -> Blightfire Moors -> etc path. There will be plenty there for you to kill. Or any number of old world newb zones (Commons, GFay, Steamfont, etc, etc) since there are no interesting mechanics until you get to higher level.

Are you specifically wanting to work your way up from level 1? If you are on Povar I can run you through that instance in PoK that will get you up to mid 50's, if you are on a different server I'm sure someone else will help you. If you get all your toons over to the quest guy ready to go I don't think it takes more than 15 minutes or so and there's a lot of helpful people here that can do it for you.
I don't specifically want to work my way up from level 1, no. I'm on Xegony because I have some of my old plat from the last time I played (around 100k) there, so I'll probably look for somebody on this server to help me. Thanks for the offer though! Where would you suggest I go to find someone to help me?
You only need about 200 plat initial investment to use bonechips to level up. Maybe a few k for tradeskill bags to hold bonechips. I would suggest going that route. =)

I kinda agree with that. You can also load up your toons on the live server and type /testcopy so that everything will copy over from inventory and bank. Put the 100k on toon 1, type /testcopy. Put it on toon 2, and type /testcopy. Rinse and repeat for all toons. Each will have the PP you copied.

Permanent double xp too, only reason not to I would say is if you want to raid top end.

MQ does work on test. I have been on Test since 2000, but have only been using MQ since last fall. I have never test copied so i cannot answer that part of your question.
Just copy the plat, then put it in your shared bank. Everything is copied except the shared bank. Need two shields? copy, the put in the shared bank. Wait 12 hours (I think that's the timer) and copy again.
MQ2 does work on the test server, but you need to use our "test" compile, found in the compiles forum:

Only thing I use pp for is to pay for my mercs. I might from time to time by food and drink in the bazaar
