Have you run through this intial setup for the EQ client https://www.lazaruseq.com/Wiki/index.php/Getting_Started#Initial_Setupi do not have eq running now, was trying to manually log in @grimmier
Kinda yes, all the EMU servers use an old client, and then mod it. So you would need separate EQ client installs for Project Lazarus,P99, PEQ etc.@Naturesong wouldnt that put me to that server only? i would like to see a choice of servers first.
Yup, just follow the instructions for the laz install and config - including the dbstring file from here: https://discord.com/channels/548643730714918913/573969966844346368/1019311900242219078@Naturesong oh and i am currently downloading the laz patch as we speak
%localappdata%\VeryVanilla\Emu and RG live here: %localappdata%\VeryVanilla\MacroQuestOh.cant get into discord, i have tried many times. lol i hate that program
Did you verify the eqemulator account? If not it won't be valid. Also, I wouldn't have two host= addresses in your eqhost.txt file. Just use the eqemulator one.i'm sure its something simple on my part that i cant get the stupid thing to run, i just havent figured it out yet
You're still using the words patcher and launcher which is what I'm hung up on here. So when you click your EQ icon, does it take you straight into the EQ instance where you accept/decline the EULA? Or does it open the launcher?@aquietone no i used the patcher with the change of patch me added in other words the modded launcher
