Problem - Start EQBCS server not working from Macroquest2.exe

Not sure what happened on my second computer....I think that damn Onedrive had screwed up my install from the other day. Anyways I downloaded the launcher again....created the profiles....they all load into the game. shut em down, go to click start EQBCS server.....and Nothing. Went back to the set up Videos to double check myself...and everything was done correctly, I dont get it. Help please?

AH wait I may have figured it out. Had another EQBCS running somehow. Ended the task and the window popped up that time.
