I've just been mulling things over lately, and the approaching release of the Fippy Darkpaw Progression server may have me returning to EQ after a 1 year break. I'm just curious if anyone knows whether the normal MQ2 compiles will work for the progression server or if the multitude of changes there may require a separate compile?

nope... the normal MQ2 compiles will work for the progression server... the server will have the same opcodes/offsets and structures as normal eq... (in theroy...)

I have never heard of any differences or errors with current MQ2 compiles not working on any of the progression servers.
