Question - Spell Training

Hello, is there a command to where you can automatically cast a spell over and over for training purposes?

/mac skillcast 1-10

also a few skillup macros that will do more then 1 spell for you.

One of the macros that does what wiliam mentioned is cskillup which I think is part of the distribution? It quite good (just make sure you do /mac scribe targeting the appropriate pok low level vendor so that you have all the necessary spells). I set up out of the way in a newbie zone.
