Question - Spell training

I'm trying to raise skills in my spell casting on my shaman I tried the spell routines thing on here but it crashes me every time even before it starts if any one knows of a way to fix that I would greatly appreciate it I'm soo tired of fizzling everything !!!

Try it on a nother toon quick. It not crashing when i tried it on my mage
