Question - speed plugin?

Is there a plugin that can make you run at SoW speed? - i really want to get back into playing more, but i cant get over how much i hate traveling in this damn game!

We don't really do any ACTIVE hacks here, sorry.... bump up your AA run speed and get a pair of Fabled Journeyman Boots to make you 50% faster!
