South Karana Twist exp lvl 23 to 30

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I thought i'd write it to help anyone having trouble afk macroing their bard from 23 up.

In south karana there are tesch mas gnolls which can be killed quite easily using bellows, I however had trouble setting up a reliable circle around one of the spires as I always got caster mobs agroing and rooting me.

I found an excellent spot however, at approx -2583, 644, 1.48 there seems to be a static spawn of two gnolls. Do a /circle 60 around this area, twist selos, bellow, bellow and run target.mac. Wandering gnolls will join in all the time and no casters so far.

You may get higher level mobs such as tesch val gnolls agroing, these are not efficent to kill due to resists, so go into your target.mac file and make one of the lines read:
/if (${Target.Level}>29) /tar npc next

This will leave them and keep you efficently leveling ad nausem.

Just a brief guide for anyone that is having trouble

There's always Forgotten Halls...

and you dont have to /warp either.
If you just walk thru, the mobs wont aggro you.

The pathing in FH was redone i'm pretty sure. Now the mobs will eventually just kill you because they run around like crazy.

Great spot for afk play 23-30 is the area around Split Paw Lair in SOuth Karana. I pull at least one or two gnolls to one of the spires. Start my circle macro to go around the spire and begin twist and target macros.

Couple notes to make this run smoothly:

/docrack nostun on (Imperative to have this on)
Twist Selo's and (2) Boastful Bellow (level 12 DD song) For me it's "/twist 2 7 7"
Circle on 60. Never had mobs go out of range. 75 was a headache.

Ran it for four hours with no problems at all. Because there is more than one gnoll they don't run. It is very important not to lose Selo's at any time, so I shortened the twist to 3 songs and it works famously. By the time you kill one or two gnolls, the spawn at the spire pops and joins the marathon. I never had less than two gnolls chasing me at any time.

Don't get me wrong jeangenie,

Always love seeing people trying to post things to help the community. This was a post on a massive thread that is dated. So maybe this will help people see this more in the open now that i has its own thread. Edited your Title some so it is easier for search.
