Hmm thats weird, it cant be higher then T2 and I thought T1 and T2 are wearable by silver :S

teah stats dont seem to be close to T2 material. Thats lame.

Mats are fairly simple:
Smithy Hammer
Small Piece of Ore
Brimstone Coal
Leather Roll
Steel Ingott
Ethernere Essence x2

Since it looks like CotF will only be two tiers, rather than four, the T2 stuff is indeed prestige. I expect all this crafted stuff to get nerfed soon, but enjoy them in the meantime (Manalinked Gauntlets are OP as hell - increasing heals cast upon the wearer by 50%).

Tier 1 stuff is always usable (unless special exceptions, like CotF crafted items - bug?), Tier 2+ is prestige. RoF T2 is all prestige stuff as well.
