3 new quests, 1 new mission, mission gear is like half a tier better then tol t3 (same on raid side), new mount and iirc stat food/drink on anniversary vendor

log in bonus for members (possibly all access only) gets you a new stone grabber illusion and an exp potion

Modern 14th - 21st Anniversaries run Mar 16 to May 10th
Legacy 5th - 13th Anniversaries run April 12 to May 10th
