Skills from anywhere

Anyone able to point me in the right direction to the plugin that lets you do skills to mobs across the zone like Taunt/disarm and such?

Why not just use non agro merchants, magus, etc etc?? Or something I did before I used MQ2. I'd agro an orc, in GFay, run it to a corner. With no Ds or Anything, face the corner, and use my N52 Speedpad to rappid hit beg for me, and taunt. Left it running all night, the orc kept trying to hit me, and I kept begging from it.
