Single Target Bard slow, not working.

Bard will not use Single Target Slow at all.
If I manually /twist end, bard will cast Req of Time immediately.
Do i need to add it someplace else?

I am getting same issue on live as well.

try putting the spell gem for requiem of time in your 'MeleeTwistWhat=' as the first one. If it works like the 2 1/2 min selos then the bard will start of the fight with requiem of time and then only recast it when its fading.
