Question - Silly n00b question :} Little window popup enable?

Pls dont laugh at me to much hehehe. I just need figure out something with the UI popup that is so useful.

I mean this little window popup.
I was enable it on 1:st char, but then I can't find where to enable it on the 2:nd char.
I look eeeverywhere and don't remember wher it was that I enable it before on the 1:st char.

Hey my dude, no laughter!
You should be looking for the minimize icon near the top of the mercs window.
Or you can use the command /rgl mini
