This is an "always burn" INI

Truth be told, I have my dudes on always burn, all the time. I can give you a "Hold Burn" INI if you want, but if you're just grinding to level and crap, this'll do solid DPS numbers.

I have good results with this in normal groups. It's well documented that selo's just wrecks grinds. Would you have any suggestions for something to replace it in the rotation?
