Second side question, after in combat rez my shaman will constantly be switching back and forth between targets trying to heal but needs to canni for mana... it's like he is stuck in a loop and I manually click cani and then he is fine.

remove the dps19, the mana tag allows the mana regenerating ability to be fired in combat

Well the petcasting routine wont start if you have aggro. So you must be initiating the petcasting routine before you have aggro.

Would DPS5 be telling KA to summon a new pet if one doesn't exist?

Yes, sometimes it does get unstuck on it's own and casts canni. But most of the time it is just going crazy between targets.

It is switching targets to cast, but doesn't have enough mana to cast any spells. The targeting keeps happening until the shaman gets enough mana to cast a spell/heal. If Canni is not ready to cast the caster just keeps going in a circle targeting other characters.

What I would like to know is if the shaman is in a part of the macro that is trying to cast canni and can't because canni is not ready, and is trying to cast heals, but not have enough mana.

That is all true but canni is ready. I typically just click it manually.

Yes clicking it manually gets it unstuck. It feels like it it is stuck in a trying to heal but out of mana loop. Occasionally after 30 seconds or so it will click canni. But my tank is usually dead by then.

I hear you man. You know I’m stuck on KA. Have all 6 running it and fiddle with each ini daily. What would I do with all my free time by switching to a plugin?! It feels like giving in some… like I’m so close to having my perfect KA group.

But you are right. Throwing in the shaman and warrior plugins would love like 99% of my frustrations.

while running kiss just use the /debug help command to get details.

I use "/debug all on log" to start debugging
and "/debug all off" to end debugging.

change the .log extension of the debug file to .txt and then you can upload the file to the forum.

Finally figured it out after I saw something Sic said. After a death you have to have your MA reacquire their mob. Something weird about how eq wipes MA target at death. That is what is created this issue. All i do now once a character is rezzed is clear target on MA and reacquire. All fixed. TOOK LONG ENOUGH to figure this out.
