Question - shaman single target buffs

how do I get my sham to single target buffs to every one in group?


right now he is only hitting my tank. he wont cast sow on himself or my mage.

That is correct should be doing everyone but try adding

Buffs4=Spirit of Wolf|casters

see if that works
