Question - Setting a buff for only 1 character

My cleric has a buff called "Divine Intercession" that only lasts for 17 minutes, and I only want to use on my puller, but i'm confused how to set it to cast on oneh particular character,is it possible to pick a character by name for a particular spell?

For example

Buffs1=Divine Intercession|Melee

This would mean it would be the 3 melee characters in my group, but I only want it to cast my puller, who name, for example, is 'sam'
Can I use this method?

Buffs1=Divine Intercession|Sam

Would this work, providing a character name instead of melee, or anything else? It's an expensive spell to cast, and lasts only 10 minutes, and the cleric is only able to cast it once per 1 minute, so it doesn't make sense to set it to everyone, or even all melees

Can you particulate a single individual, regardless of class or 'melee/caster' specs?

PS~ I still don't know which 'file' to edit to modify the 'campatdeath=1' in kissassist to change /camp to /exit so my corpses arentl lost at death?

I am not certain about buffs just for your puller, but I can give you guidance for the campatdeath:
1. ensure that you have the plugin mq2autocamp loaded - /plugin mq2autocamp
2. issue the command to autocamp - /autocamp on

If you look here, it provides additional information on this particular plugin.

If the puller is the toon you use to Assist with the clr then its easy, just put |MA behind your buff. Else it cant be done without changing the macro itself.
On your camp question, you would need to edit the kissassist.mac and look for the line

/docommand /camp

and replace it with

/docommand /quit

or you follow GPS_Soldiers instruction in previous post.

Nope. There is no way to specify a specific character to buff. That is one of the same things I have been wanting to do as well. I have added some code that keeps certian buffs on my Puller before they pull next mob, but would be nice to have a way to just buff the puller.

Kiss was coded this way so no characters' names would be in the ini file ever.

I can add a |puller tag to buffs that would recognize the puller if they are in the group and marked puller or on the same computer and in pole role for kiss. look for it in a week or so
