Question - Set Camera Distance in .INI file?

Can Max Camera Distance be set in an .INI File or some other file?

This is for when I am not using MQ2/camera

I am guessing you meant that you normally use MQ2Camera...
One of the main features of MQ2Camera is that it allows you to zoom out farther than the native client allows, so not quite sure what you are asking for here... but it sounds something like "I want MQ2Camera to work when I'm not using MQ"?

eq has its view selectors, but we cant set them using the eqclient.ini or ui_toon_server.ini, so we are not able to set those distances or changes.

A summary : no you can't use mq camera features without MQ/mq2camera loaded and working. Otherwise you wouldn't need mq2camera

to repeat my question in a different way.... since i have been suspended and i am no longer using MQ2.... Is there a way to edit a Everquest file and reset the camera distance?

Do you mean what you can do with your mouse wheel?

You can't set it any distance greater than you can by using your mousewheel
