There shouldn't be a new .exe at all they're just updating and extending double exp.

Downtime needs to be 4hrs or more to have an exe (usually). And no new exe came in. Just another good example of shitty coding. How hard would it be to just have a function to turn it on and off at will, instead of rebooting all their shit.
