server setup

We are trying to setup our own server, alas! There is no guides anywhwere that seem up to date.. any help here?

found a descent place to start at http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=Windows6 seems to be a cincher though. when we download MySql from anywhere, any version, they are missing the WinMySQLAdmin.exe. Any tips on this dillemma?

well, we have it up, but, no servers at the server select HAHA. still trying

yea, i tried a while back to host a server. got to the point where i could get it to list on the server select (at least on my computer) but then would say 'cannot be found' or some shit like that everytime i tried to get onto it. eventually i gave up lol

last night i got it running, had servers on the server select FINALLY, too bad none of them were mine LOL. So I logged into someone elses, a couple different ones actually and the graphics were all messed up. Will be working on it more today. just not as hard as i did yesterday.

Shits and grins I hit login with the graphics all whakked out, imediate "you have been disconnected". Still not seeing my server tho .
