Question - Send email from macro?

I have a macro that I want to run while AFK, but under certain circumstances I want it to email me so that I'll get the notification on my phone and come do something manually. Are there any functions built-in or plugins that could accomplish this? Or if not an email per se, any way to invoke an external application?

So, i dont know what compiles you use. There should be mq2relaytells that can send you an email using the /system command on most precompiled sites, including this one. on bugs site there is an mq2mmotext that will send you an sms text. And in general you can use the /system or /exec command within eq. With the limited info I have and considering it is in redguides compile, mq2relaytells is probably your best option.

Thanks! While MQ2RelayTells didn't quite get me what I needed, the combination of /exec and mailsend.exe worked beautifully.
