Bug - Saltwater Cannon OMG!

If you have not heard of this thing, get yourself a Saltwater Cannon
There is NO level restriction and at level 1 you get FULL stats! I put 3 of these on my wiz in his primary, secondary and range slot at level 1 and it is INSAIN!

The Cannon is awesome but also it makes one jumpy.

The thing is I would be very wary of depending on this for a longer time.

I would not be surprised to see this made lore and level required. It could last a year or it could last a few weeks.

I've been watching the SOE forums for mentions of this and all it would take one idiot to rage on how unfair it is that people can twink better than he could 5 years ago and it would get nerfed into oblivion.

There is another item that can be made... I think it's a bow of some sort. I need to look that up...

- A few crafted items missing level restrictions have been fixed

Its all good, I killed things WAY above my level before the nerf, I took my level 2 shadow knight with a blade of carnage and basically terrorized all of gloomingdeep and all the way to killing the named witch who is level 28 in Blightfire, I basically killed everything in all 3 zones (crecent reach) before I was even level 10 just to see what could kill me, and with a basic healer merc at my side I literally slaughtered every freaking think in all 3 zones.....

the manashot bow is older so maybe it escaped the nerfbat...

I have a maxed Tinker on Test so if anyone needs combines for the Cannon, you can PM me. I think there is a current issue with copying to test. Someone said they couldn't even link it from live to test.
