Question - Rogue auto skilling hide and sneak

Was wondering as my rogue has hit level 43, he lacks hide and sneak skills. Is there a way to make a macro that while I'm either afk or on another character collecting spells, gear and such to be auto pressing hide and sneak to get these skills up?
