Problem - RK1 spell works fine RK2 spell will not buff out of group

So I have run into an issue where after upgrading from RK1 to RK2 of a spell, the cleric will no longer buff out of group. Will buff self group no problem, but is acting like the spell went from V2 to V1. Nothing was changed in the INI. My other cleric who doesn't have RK2 will buff out of group with the same INI.

Anyone know how or why this is happening?

Hand of Tenacity RK.2

The same INI will work on my other cleric who only has the RK1. But as soon as I got Rk2 it stopped working on the main cleric.

Is hand of tenacity the only rk2 spell that isn’t working or is it all of them?
I thought it was just Hand of tenacity, But apparently Blessing of Purpose Rk. II is also not casting out of group... I move the person in the group and the cleric immediately casts it on them.

Another cleric in the same group with the Same INI for both spells, but only rk. I, will cast both spells out of the group.

None of my other toons when upgrading from rk.I to rk.II has that happen with any buff. Not sure if its a cleric thing or that specific toon?
 
It might have something to do with what Dannet is returning on your Caster. It must be a setting somewhere that is causing the issue. If you can send me a debug log file I will take a look and see what I can find. Send me the log file in a DM/PM.
 
I figured it out....... When adding the new spells, I went to copy the line i wanted to put in my other CLR's INI... I apparently typed a "C" into "[General]" and it rendered the entire section void.... It then added another "[General]" section at the bottom with all the defaults, including Dannet=0
