RGUpdate error

ok i just downloaded RGUpdater and the very vanilla.zip , i set both on the desktop as top via the video . i recived an unhandled exception, heres the details .

Looks like you may need to update your .net framework.

download the zip file and try agan to make sure its not corrupt. make sure you are NOT using internet explorer to download. i emailed the debug to our dev.

What .net framework will i need , belive i have 4.0 . Also i was using IE to download it will try firefox as soon as i get home ,ty

Just curious if a resolution was ever found for this. I just tried to run RGUpdate and recieved the same error. Line by line all my information is an exact match.

*** So i just downloaded Compile Very Vanilla 20140122 and it ran without a hitch. Something on the newer version isn't working with my system. I will go back and mack sure everything is updated system wise.

I used Firefox for the original download. Then on a whim tried IE and Safari. I can get it to load the older builds but I get the same error every time I try to load the newest version.

*** So I erased the file, ran CCleaner and re-downloaded it and it loaded out just fine. Not sure clearing the cache had anything to do with it but that was the process that got it to work for me.
