Problem - RGMercs lua out of group buffs?

So I typically use one of my groups to help PL another. Out of group buffs are a must and while I was playing around with using rgmercs Lua instead of E3next it looks like it lacks the ability to add people to an out of group buff list? If this feature exists maybe I'm just missing it?

You are correct, and I don't expect that to change in the near future (It is on the list of things I would like to add).
