Problem - return to camp issue?

Hi guys,

First of all thanks a lot for the great work done on MacroQuest Next !

I've just noticed something with KissAssist / ReturnToCamp feature, it seems it doesn't calculate a path on return, but tries to go straight to camp instead. When pulling, i see the path to the spawn that will be pulled, but no path appears for returning to camp, and character seems to try to go straight to camp and usually ends up blocked by a wall or something.

Anybody else is having the same issue ?
 
After migrating to MacroQuest Next, it seems the path to return to camp is always a straight line, which leads the puller to end up in whatever is between camp and mob.
The path is well shown for pulling, but as soon as pull occurs, there is no path showing up to camp and puller runs straight into walls most of the time.

Anybody else has this issue ?
 
First you need to make sure MQNavigation is loaded. I assume it is from what you have described. Most likely Navigation was unable to find a zone mesh file. Kiss will default to /MoveTo if all else fails. That is most likely why you are seeing this behavior. It could also be that there is just no path from where you are to your camp location, that Navigation can find.
