Stilletto's Orders quest.

Part of the manastone quest is Stilletto in the Southwest of Thundering Steppes. The orders now drop from Stiletto, and not from a box. So:

1) find stilletto
2) kill only him and not his two henchmen
3) loot his body.
4) Then run away to break the encounter.

result: Stilletto will respawn.

So, if you have a full group you can get everyone their Stilletto's Orders and still leave stilletto for another group.

Stiletto's orders is a LORE item. You can only have one at a time.
