Plugin - Renewal Comment: CWTN Plugins

Hello Community,

I just wanted to post this which many if not all would agree that the CWTN library of plugins makes playing this game a lot easier and more enjoyable. Earlier today i renewed 7 plugins and awaiting to renew the rest when that option goes live under my issued license. Just want to thank the CWTN community for their support and efforts into this awesome development. For those non-believers. trust me, it's worth the License fee...

Agree! I have all 12 of them and couldn't figure playing without them. CWTN, Sic, and anyone who has contributed to these plugins has my gratitude...and my money LOL
 
Can anyone tell me what's up with page to renew CWTN Plugins. Seems like everyone is on there at least twice ...trying to renew all of mine and I paid for MQ2Rogue and they there is another post or line with MQ2Rogue that says expired and the one I renewed has next years date on it. Just curious if I am on the wrong page or there is a way to tell which one should be used? Thanks.
This is the page I am referring to: Your Purchases ! Thanks for the response. Have a few left to renew but it would have allowed me to renew MQ2Rogue twice and this is what prompted my question.
 
I played using the kissassist way .... ill never go back to that way after geting a plugin . best 20 bucks ive ever spent .. my hats off to the makers of them all .

Ive heard that if you let it run out of time on the sub, it can take a while to get it back again ,,,, just somthing ive heard,,,,

no, there isn't a delay or taking a while.

back when there was a transitional period into MQ from MQ2 we had to do things manually, but no, there is no delay now, and hasnt' been

if you dont renew, and instead purchase a new one, you end up showing 2 difference licenses. pretty sure we've had this conversation in PMs before

you get a notice 30 days before your renewal date is coming, it is suggested to renew rather than letting it expire and purchasing a new one

Well, I do not recall re-purchasing anything in that regard. I think this is only the second time that I have renewed these plugins ...but hey, I am old and busted and can't remember what I had for dinner last night, much less what I did last year. But, common sense would say to renew not purchase again, so not exactly 100% sure what I did last year.
 
if you click on RESOURCES then select MY LICENSE you will see all your paid license and if it gives you a renew option then use it. Like i said i paid for whats renewable but there are a few that the renew tab isnt available but it will eventually show at a later date.
 
Bravo! Yes, amazing plugs for sure. I can only imagine the countless hours or love, blood sweat and tears that went into each of them and continues to go into each of them (I imagine they have to "BE" each class when making/managing each ;p). Well worth the money! I am very excited to see what CWTN and Sic come out with next.....

I think I have seen it before. But I am with you on the license page. There is a "Renew Now" beside expired entries even though you have a valid license indicated somewhere else on the page. You have to search the page to make sure you don't have a valid license somewhere. And for me at least, applying the "Active" filter just kicks me back to the main forum page.

But yes, the plugins are great, and I just updated mage and enchanter when logging in after the patch. Thanks CWTN and Sic!
 
i just renewed mq2bst right now love how simple it was , pay for it hit refresh on plugins on launcher and boom playing
 
Just checked my inbox, and i dont receive renewal licenses either. , and typically find out after an update when a plugin wont load. I do have every box i can find checked on to receive emails from RG as well.
 
These things are so worth $20 each it isn't even funny. I have dumped well over 100 hours into Bard KA tweaking, and mine's still the derpy cousin Cleetus who sometimes forgets how to tie his shoes compared to the rest of my CWTN group, plus can't be even slightly reconfigured without restarting the entire shebang. I can't throw my money fast enough for the missing cwtn classes when they drop.

If you have issues renewing (or with anything else), you can always hop in Discord. Even at really weird hours, I've never asked something and not gotten a great response from a RG person (or five) within a few minutes. I would imagine they're at least as responsive to money issue questions as they are to the tedious noob ones they happily answer 24/7. Most companies could really take a bunch of lessons from RG's customer support :banjo:

You might be surprised to find that most of the answers come from the users and Sic...mostly Sic. But yeah, users are happy to help.
