Question - RedGuides Launcher - RGMercs Lua update method unclear

Is there a way to update RGMercs using RedGuides Launcher? I have all the RGMercs Lua threads 'watched' that I can find, but if I look at the Lua tab in RedGuides Launcher, it says 'You have not selected to watch any Lua scripts yet'.

Is the intended update pattern to manually download the zip file?
