Leveling - Recommendations on best lvling route with recent HA changes

So i am changing up two of the toons in my 3 box setup. Was wondering if any one had any recommendations on the fastest way to catch the new toons up to 105 in light of the games recent changes? I have access to a 105 druid and 92 war (subpar gear) to help lvl the 82 ench 82 mag.
 
Pretty much any of the guides here on Strategies for 85-100 will work fine up to and including 100. Personally, I am partial to T2-T4 HOT zones as those are easy when you have a 100+ support char and mobs drop nice plat/gems/etc.

Now what to do after 100, that is something that will depend on how heavy of MQ you are. If you have a nice safe quiet afk spot that still gives xp at 101 then just stay there. The xp nerfs just mean you will have to stay at that spot a while longer. :P
 
My suggestion at the moment is to go to Ethermere and talk to Guard Hamam. He gives you four a day and the reward bonus is substantial. The way I did 101-105 recently was to do the three gribbles, then take a break. Every couple of hours I could do a yellow-yellow and a half with just those three missions.
 
My current strategy for sub 100 is to have my 100+ tank out of grp and make sure the lower levels can outdps and steal the xp doing this in the ROF T2-T4 zones. You can have one 101 in group and suffer a 20% xp nerf across the group. A 102 will cause a 33% xp nerf; a 103 will cause a 50% xp nerf. Percentages are approximations.
 
Guard Hamam is the way to go. Finishing all 4 quests nets you nearly 3/4 of a level. Then I just farm DH HA's. Also once they are up post 100 the xp on Dino Island is insane xp.
 
I ran my enchanter through 3 of them yesterday and went from about 10% into level 92 to 95%. I was with several level 105's so the exp was probably a little low in the mission. A level a day isn't bad.
 
So there is an exp penalty for the group if it has over 100 people in it? that seems a bit harsh. I thought the penalty was just for the character 101+ doing anything before COTF.

There is still good exp doing the daily HAs for Hamarn.

A nice thing is that unlike Teek's dailies, you can get them without finishing the day before quests. You can have 6 to 8 in your quest bar at a time. The only issue is if the daily HA is the same as the previous day, it will not add it again or restart the quest timer.
 
No the penalty affects the whole group. I didnt believe it but someone else had stated it and when I went to test it, it was confirmed. If you have 2 toons in group above 100, you might as well forget about doing any ROF content for grinding.
 
The HAs are still nice XP if you clear them. My 93 chanter (Still with 105s) is getting about 10-15% regular for finishing them AND clearing all mobs. (Even when it's not the daily task)
 
Oh ok, the exp nerf is only pre-COTF. Whew.

I have been doing the daily HAs quest guy, Guard Hamarn, and they are quite nice, even for the below 100 crowd. Only took me a few days to get two chars from 97 to 100 just doing the daily.

one thing I noticed this morning was that if you had dropped a daily HA quest from Hamarn, talking to him would give it back. I think that was added with the patch.
 
On Dino island... what are you pulling for exp? Or are you just doing the missions?

My recommendation is to do either T-rexes, Triceratops or Ankys. Those three give a metric ton of xp compared to some of the other mobs. My favorite is to set up at the Lizardman quest giver and just pull the tri-horns. Nice, easy single pulls and very nice xp. (Or set up at the waterfall and pull the t-rexes to there.

In response to my own thread...

I went back and tested out my old PLing technique with my druid. Just grouping the lower level toons with the druid in VoL and mass quint kiting oashims. Even with the nerf this is still great. At lvl 85 I am still getting about 30% of a level per pull.
