Recharging Items

I know there used to be npcs that you could hand an item to that was out of charges and it would be handed back full.

Well, since my cleric (with maxed out aas) got banned I have been leveling up a new one. But, boy does it suck. I have a 9 charge Ceremonial Elxir or scholership, and Im trying to level and get aas back asap. Does anyone know of any of these NPC's that might still exist?

I sure hope someone does, cause it sucks losing my cleric

ya i've got a bank full of attuneable gear that I only wish I could find out who the npc was that will reset it LOL. I have no idea why i hold onto it all other than just the hope that I get lucky and find it one of these days.

I have heard the same thing but nobody is releasing what npc for fear of nerf. So, go start handing them in to every npc in Old School Zones. heh

As I recall after someone said there was still a npc in old world doing it that npc was promptly nerfed as mentioned in the thread.
