Problem - Ranger spell Frozen Wind

Apparently the level 102 ranger spell Frozen Wind has a twin brother. There's a level 63 spell with the same name, and it keeps messing up my KA ini when I want to use it in the DPS section. Is there a way to cast it by spell ID instead?

I asked this several months ago. Too lazy to look for thread but here are several solutions that all work:

1. Delete the low level spell from spellbook
2. Move the lower level spell to the end of the book (believe this works)
3. Get the rank II of the 102 spell
