hey guys i am looking for help, i have a bard and they have a very useful ability rallying cry to give mana for 30 seconds to someone when they reach 30% mana, now my request is if someone can help me set it up to have him cast it on someone when they reach that threshhold thinking 25%, but more specifically i need the counter part, for when someone recieves it they will not continue fighting and actually *sit* and med and not do any other action until after that wears off, is that even possible? and if so can anyone please help me make this happen, and i guess to go even further into depth is there a way i can make him only target 3 specific names (toons)?
end game result is i want the bard to cast rallying cry on one of my 3 wizards when they reach 25% and when one of the 3 specific wizards recieves this buff they stop what they are doing and *sit* until rallying cry wears off (so they get the full 36k mana) and than continue their duties, it will be a 3 parter i am thinking for the coding, one for the bard casting it on someone, and another for the wizards
