Everyone knows how much of a pain it is for casters to raise weapon/offense/defense skills. There is one way I have recently found to be very effective.
Where? Paineel, by The Warrens zoneline.
Who? Erandi Natasu
I started fighting this guy at level 23 on a Druid, and watched as my defense, offense and weapon skills rose to the stars. The deal with this guy is he is a quest NPC, level 40, but very weak and extremely easy to melee for a long time. The reason being is that he hits for a max of 19!
Just get yourself a Temperance, fill your belt up with healing potions (or Clarity if you can heal yourself) and you are good to go. If things get ugly you can always flee to The Warrens to lose aggro.
Small Caution: When you first attack him he harm touches for 401 hp, but when he gets it out of the way he doesn't cast it again for a long time.
Also if it's important, there are no faction hits if you do happen to kill him.
P.S. - I can only imagine how high of level you can be to still get skills-ups from this guy. I would think somewhere close to your 50's? Until he con's light-blue?
