Raid commands

Anyone know of a write up on how to run a raid? I know how to open the Raid window and do many of the commands but some of the stuff I still dont understand.

For example how do you move someone from one group to another.? How do you stop someone from being a group leader? When I /raidinvite someone they come in as a group leader and I can't add them to a group...

Can a Raid Group Leader invite someone not in the raid to join their group (making them part of raid)?

Anyway what I really need the help with is moving toons between groups in raid.

Lock the raid
Select the person
Click RemoveLeader (if they are a leader)
Click the number for the group you want them in
Unlock the raid.


A Group leader in the raid, CAN invite someone to their group (in turn into the Raid) as long as the Raid isn't locked.

Thx, was not locking the raid. Hopefully all my problems were due to that...
