Ok based on the ideas and posts in the Quillmane thread.
Here now what I made of.

1.-Need to have mq2map plugin loaded

2.-open map and do
/mapfilter npc
to toggle that all npc's are shown( I do then /mapfilter npc color 0 255 0 ) optional

3.-Make a hotkey with /maphide npc a

4.-Load an AE of any sort and pull as many of the following mobs in southern part of SK: any aviaks, any wolf's, any centaur, any elephant, any lion, any escaped splitpaw.
I personally saw rare: a cyclops and a treant as PH too.

5.-Start the macro below, and kill all mobs pulled within 20seconds. Then wait 78seconds and look what mob/mob's
are still shown on your map. Pull this/those and kill em again within 20seconds.

6.-If you found a 78second PH with this, then on your map, only this PH will be shown from there on. Go and kill it again and again, but make sure the new spawn does appear also randomly on west part of south side zone.
Repeat till Quillmane. Can take up to 20PH's or more in a row, beware.

7.-If you got no mob shown after 80seconds on your map, go out and pull another bunch.

8.-Enjoy, I got my 3 cloaks I needed today with this macro.

WOOO Great JOB
me sure it will be usefull
equip characters or sell loot rights, me sure it s good way to get pp's
on my server, Quillmane's cloak can be sold up to 30 / 35 kpp

I tracked down some of the other 78s spawns,

Whenever you chase a 78s spawn and get one of the following mobs to spawn then you are on the wrong PH, leave those PH's up and repeat:

-a werewolf (also PH for Marik Clubthorn)
-Maric Clubthorn
-Knari Morawk

I will keep this updated, when I find some more 100percent clues on whats a wrong PH. Still the fact that the real PH spawns only south side of zone and east and west side applies. However the real PH if not killed wanders zonewide. So if you cant find him in first place, make a sweep thru north part eventually. This what happened to me today.

Enjoy,

EDIT: Identifieing the real PH: Real PH's NEVER spawn,

1.East of Hermit(sometimes close to but not east of)
2.South of Aviak Village
3.North of Splitpaw (some spawns come close to an immaginary line west-east thru Splitpaw tho)

i mean i know this is a hard toon to find atleast for some so dont flame on my newb question, but is it impossible to make this getting quilmane to pop not possible fully automated?

If you wanna warp around like crazy its easy as cake to make it fully automated.

However I will not do that.

Im sure good old hunter macro could do it if you added some things to make it avoid those centuar huts. It gets stuck on those. Just would take a while longer with hunter as it will kill things completely random.

Hunter mac with a high level melee and /speed 15 ;) Can clear the whole zone if you wanted

ok, seems like Im the only one that is to stupid to use this macro so maybe someone is willing to help me out.

what I did so far.....

I pull as many mobs as possible from the southside of the zone. If I got enough I start the macro and let my wizard aoe the mobs down. So far so good.

After all mobs are dead the macro starts its timer (sometimes it doesnt, no idea why). After 40 secs it tells to use my "/maphide npc a" hotykey (why do I have to do this even if the macro itself will /maphide again later?). The map is free of npcs now.

After 76secs the macro will auto /maphide npc a (thats why I asked why I have to do this after 40 secs by myself). The map is free of npcs again.

If I dont have any new npcs on the map after some secs... do I have to stop the macro and start all over again? I mean I dont see any npcs on the mob that I should pull.

After one of my pulls I had Quillmane pop. I let the macro continue running and killed it. After waiting for minutes I still hadnt a repop on the map. I mean I just killed Quillmane why the hell didnt it show the repoping placeholder? Should I stop the macro after I got Quillmane to pop?

is it possible the timers in the macro arnt up to date anymore so the macro /maphide the repoped placeholder?

Sorry if the questions seem kinda stupid but after some hours of testing I realy havnt any idea what Im doing wrong.

Thankies for your time folks!

restart the mac maybe after kill quill? or just let shit repop and start over
