Question - Quick Leveling on Fippy?

So, I just remembered I have 45 days free of EQ thanks to the SOE Outage. I'd like to level a monk on Fippy in that time and experience some of that old-school EQ fun again.

Does anyone know a really good way to level fast? I really don't have the time or patience to just grind stuff out for hours on end like I used to. Any good solo macros or bugged XP that you guys know about?

honestly bro, exp here is fucked.... solo exp is horrible (guaranteed never more than 2% per kill, and that drops even lower as you level) the best way to pl is whatever buffs you can on a full group and go to town (if you're possibly going to play after the free time I'd gladly help out (i've got a druid currently lvl 50) i could help the first 20-30 levels go pretty fast, but after that, you're talkin avg a week of solid exping to get 50, and another week or two to get 60. I and then if you want to raid, kunark stuff dies in under 1 second to mass HT's so that would only leave classic content.

Ugh. Figures. I don't have a ton of time to really play much, so thought I'd just hop in from time to time and play around a bit. Was hoping there was some "easier" way to 50/60 so I could at least do end-game type stuff.

if there is, 1 someone's holding back on a kick ass macro, and 2 they're REALLY holding back on where they are using it in an extremely over populated (Top heavy) server. Classic had about 3 camps you could viably go to and level 45-50, Kunark probably has 5-6 to level 55-60. so you don't get exp at a steady rate except for under the eye of half a dozen other PEOPLE, not counting who's watching via MQ2 map.

honestly it's a real fucking shame... I'd love to have you playing here... Any chance you'd like to play a druid? (i've got a gimp one atm lvl 50) Or a Shadow Knight actually, got a 50 there too i was going to delete as soon as velious opened, but if you'd play it i'll keep it around
