How are commands issued to the group? Such as camp, accept invite, etc. I thought I had the auto accept set up, but apparently not correctly.

An extension of the last question, how do I issue a command from the pilot character to set game mode for the 5 boxes to assist?

As I gain in levels and get into missions/instances, is there an easier way to run them on repeat, or is that done manually?

Lastly (for now), since I am going from scratch whst is a good route to follow? Currently L9, running field of bone and soon to be kurns.

yoou can use dannet or eqbc as methods of communication

some of that depends on what automation you're using - but it would also be via dannet or eqbc

mq2grind does instance flipping

gonna be a while before you need to worry about instance flipping or mq2grind

just kill dark blue or higher mobs

The extent of whar I'm trying to do, at least for now is just use a command to set all boxes to assist or chase when I log on.

I am using eqbc, but trying to figure out how to issue a command to do such and what said command is.

you appear to be using the cwtn plugins, and are asking questions that lead me to believe despite using them you skipped some of the real important bits

check out this sticky

/cwtn and /cwtna are going to be your new best friends

might have to look into server.name.cfg or something i'm new myself but i seen that on forums somewhere to run as you log in, i use a macro to change modes myself with the cwtn mods

Your automation questions were ably answered, so I'll simply add some leveling advice. Get your team to Crescent Reach and do every quest that starts in that city zone while paying particular attention to the Hero's Journey quest line. This lengthy series of quests will take you all the way through the Serpent's Spine zones (as well as many others) to level 85 if you want and drop level-appropriate Defiant gear as both random loot and quest rewards. Completing it fully will grant a full suit of Paragon's armor which is equivalent to the armor granted to characters starting at level 85. You probably want to get TBM armor before then, however. You can certainly branch out to other quests and expansions at any time, but this is a good baseline to level quickly and obtain good low-level gear.

when you have the toon doing the invite added to your other toons make sure to /autoaccept save, so the .ini is saved

That was my problem. Thanks much. ;)

I started on that last night. It does go reasonably quick, though I will say it was frustrating navigating the lifts ... I may have fell to my death once 🤣. The handins are tricky.

I'll definitely run it as I debate which path I want to take, but it'll get me some initial gear 😀.

Is TBM an earlier or later expansion? I do say it is fun this way, rather than setting them all up in max gear and just rolling everything

TBM is the The Broken Mirror expansion. The armor I'm referring to - generally called 'TBM armor' - are dropped pieces that come in sets of three tiers. The tier 1 armor sets (sets are by class) can be equipped at level 70. The also have augmentation slots that are important to how good these sets can be. Anyway, there's an entire player industry around farming and selling these pieces, so you don't even have to go to TBM to obtain pieces. Generally, TBM is superior to anything else you can so easily obtain at level 70. I'm sure that there are raid set out there that are better, but the operative word there is "raid". Anyway, Defiant armors are more than sufficient for your group until level 70. Then you can consider getting some TBM pieces.
